Good evening world and the people whose power decides my fate. Its day 4 and I have lost the zeal of blogging. Blogging was supposed to be fun, now my main blog has became barren because I have channeled all my prowess into this blog. If my effort doesn't pay off I think I can just go drown myself and hence rid the popular group of their eyesore.
This is going to be offensive but for the good of all students including those belonging to the elite clique, some lecturers should work on the monotony of the lessons because when we explain our reasons and comments, we are told the exact same point we were trying to get across, it is like "Were you even listening?". I minced words, that's not very me but then I don't want to get a D. I think that paragraph probably got my name out of the MOI database. But it is also good that we were shown some videos on what should be and what should not be.
On Day 4, we went in dept and progressed in our pre production. Alright, I totally forgot what I penned in day 3 because that was such a haphazard post and I was not in the mood.
Let us begin with wishing Kezia a happy period.
Well Iam in charge of equipment like the video camera.
Maj is the overseer and the scribe.
Natalya is the software handler, meaning she will use the programmes to fine touch the finished product, well I had to make kezia in charge of it too to ensure ensure in all my innards that nothing will mysteriously go awry. I am a cynic and I won't apologize. Love me or hate me just don't ignore me.
So we have decided to make the video like a movie which reenacts the past. For the introduction we have unanimously decided that it will be like Survival, with the natural environment and such, but, since it's a student work showcase, it will be a digital collage of our works and the fast forwarded edits of the contents. Too complicated? Then read sentence another 4000 times or watch final product.
We have decided on a group name after creative Maj looked at the "Press to exit" sign mounted on the door switch.
After the mini "Survivor" thing thing, we will fade into a scene whereby each of us are making our way to school. Maj will walk, I don't know what can Natalya do to get to school and I will be taking a cab. We all arrive at a dark room with 4 chairs where Kezia is already waiting impatiently, we will look at the camera and start talking like it is an interview, there will be a voice over, probably one of us will change our speech pattern, accent or lower or increase it by a few octaves.
Thats the opening and thats where we are at now. Ok time for my obtuse self awareness moment. It's where I admit where I am wrong and NO it isn't being opinionated. I think I have been hogging up most of the conversations and not giving Maj and Kezie a chance to speak or rather, most of the ideas we are using came from me, it's like I am some control freak. *Think video fundamentals when somebody just dominated every discussion hence me being quiet.* Maybe its like, since I have held it in during video fundamentals, I just decided to word vomit on this group. Well I was forced to because every time I opened my mouth, my words just evaporate faster than water on a petri dish. And yes I think my analogies are good enough for the smart 4000 IQ people.
Ok, this is the professional blog, the private one shall be filled with the inner most thoughts. If you heard a light giggle emanating as you read that line, chances are it's not me and you will have to consult an exorcist.

Day 3 (Complete)
Good afternoon world or the people of power monitoring the growth of this temporary but significant blog. Will update later at night. Bored and no motivation to write. Byebye.
Updating on the fifth day. Which is bad procastination. I can't find my thesaurus so this is going to be very very very so not glamorous. So they day commenced when we were cramped into the cursed LT 25 where the chairs are so fragile they make cracking sounds when I land my butt on it. It doesn't help being the fattest person in MOI, and I blame the chairs for the embarassing sounds.
We were introduced to many videos or movies about how our final product should come about. We previewd exemplary opening and closing sequences. Some films were boring because I was actually watching the videos for their content and story, like how Lord Of The Rings was set in New Zealand and most of the story's attributes were in relation to the director's and the author's past. It was fun.
Then we saw the closing scene of Shoot Em Up, the one with Clive Owen and Monica Bellucci and can you actually believe Monica Bellucci acted in The Passion Of The Christ.
I have officially no mood to blog. Because I don't like it, I can't even be bothered to update my public blog everyday.
After showing us the videos we were dismissed and then we proceeded to the canteen to sate our growling stomach. We decided not so sit in our groups so we could actually have lunch. While ingesting the innocent calories Natalya abruptly from behind, asked if we were going to have a group discussion. Since we all had to head for the next lesson we said NO. We would discuss what we can now and post our ideas on our blog for Natalya to read. But as were caught in enjoying our food, me, kezie and majie did not discuss nothing. So that is all we did. Nothing except for the first three hours in the LT with a chair that is hostile towards fat people.

Day 2
This is not good because it is 2 in the morning.
Good evening world again or the authorized personnel who are monitoring the steadfast growth of this temporary blog.
My head is empty, its heavy, as heavy as my eye lids and my stupid bed keeps paging me and taunting me with its crisp linen sheets, silky blanket, fluffy pillows and turgid bolster. Hmmmm forget the part about turgid bolsters. MOVING ON
They said the blog can be informal, that's good. Very excellent indeed. I am welcoming this gesture with undying alacrity.
Today I ate 2 brownies, 1 plate of rice with vegetables, chicken and bean curd, for dinner I starved and had a oreo chocolate frappe which obviously busted the calories. Maybe if i cut down on one brownie and my senseless ramblings the people reading this won't get angry.
It's time for progress report or so to say, what we did in day 2, boring boring blah blah blah. With my 3/4 satisfying group we have continued to brainstorm. Today we have decided how we are going to portray each subject in our video.
By the way, pardon the tenses or grammar or any damn mistakes you fish out because i am a tad too sleepy.
So since we have listed down which subjects we have taken over the course of a few months, we have decided to zoom in on how we can showcase them.
For 3D Art Fund, we are going to cough out a 1meter long sculpture again like what we did, this time, we are going to video the whole process and when we include it in our video, it will be fast forward motion so it will safe time.
2D Art Fund, We will rent a video camera and just do a simple camera pan on the works currently displayed, we may decide to include some random comments about people's work being phenomenally beautiful or morbidly disgusting. It's mean but honest. Honesty is the best policy. Honesty is brutal.
Photography, We have decided to present a photograph of us taking photos in some beautiful place in Singapore.
Drawing Essentials, we are doing a video where we do a overhead shot of one of us drawing, showing it to Mr Ronald and he will reject it and another one of us will come and he will reject our works multiple times and show us how to draw properly.
Animation Fund, We will try to make a video of kezia strumming her guitar and then it will move into flash animation of a girl strumming her guitar. We will also include snippets of random animated men walking around the screen during the video playback, something like Lizzy Mcguire.
For ideation, we are going to combine it with public speaking. We will do a video clip of a presentation where the guy gets butterflies in his stomach and it hampers his performance. But then we will show an "After public speaking" video where the guy fluently aces his presentation with impeccable enunciation and articulation which practically is to be a stark contrast between the first attempt.
I conclude today's reflections and blah blah blah.
By the way, for some brainless people, why are we so afraid to create a public journal where you chronicle your ideas? Is it because you are afraid people will steal your ideas? PLEASE, if people stole your ideas, you will know, you confront them and let them know you will not be trifled with. And people who steal ideas won't feel good too, so please, we are more creative than to steal ideas. Lecturers are born with brains too, they can tell from the journal who hatched the idea first. If I say Day 2 I came up with bla bla bla and someone from the next group comes up with the same idea on Day 3, pretty much says a whole lot does it? If you want to keep your viewers in suspense, you already are by letting them in on information, because what they visualize is not what you visualize, so you don't have to worry about them predicting the outcome of your work. I am too lazy to reason but doesn't mean we should create private logs. And also knowing some groups actually do not do much work and produce 18-word journals is a great boon and satisfaction already. Smiles aplenty my darlings. Sleep with angels.
Ok, byebye. Good night world and the personnel monitoring the success and flak this blog shall receive.

Day 1
This entry is scribed in the evening so pardon the undulated time line.
Firstly we consolidate ourselves into groups of 4 and with a little hiccups here and there we finally settle down into the partially desired group. But all is well and calm before the storm.
So we brainstorm on possible ways on how the video should run and we decide if one person solely take up 2 minutes to present her work, it will be very mundane and self centered therefore we decided since it is a video, the others may add random comments or noises to make it more lively, warm and possibly, comical.
Next we have compiled a list of modules we have taken, which wasn't too hard. We also had to tackle the part whereby some of us had lecturers or random school workers throwing away our work so therefore, some stuff can't be showcased as much as we want to. We narrowed down who has what from which module. Want some figures or results??
2D Art fundamentals (2D art) - Everyone has their works
Creative Storytelling (Storytelling or CST) - Only me, Joel
Drawing Essentials (Drawing Ess) - All
Communicating Design Ideas (Com DI) - All
Ideation (Got no clue for a short form, does "I" count?) - Joel and Natalya
Video Fundamentals (Video) - Still unknown because we did not make contact with the lecturer, so all is still cloudy around this topic
Digital Media Fundamentals (DM Fund) - Majorie and Kezia
Animation Fundamentals (Anim) - All
3D Art Fundamentals (3D Art) - All
Photography (Foto) - Joel, Kezia and Natalya
Then we intelligently decided to make our lives harder by including the CDSs and Electives we took.
Visual Presentation Essentials (Vpress) - Joel, Natalya and Kezia (Maj did not take this subject)
Public Speaking (a bit redundant but nevertheless worthy) - Natalya
Italian (very redundant and obsolete)
So with the list of what works have survived the rage of time, we have a much clearer and focused picture and a well-lit idea of where this project may head.
Next due to fluctuating talents or absent talents in some members we have decided which works we feel would be more presentable than the other abominations we miraculously conjured. And like angels, we compile another list.
Natalya will present - Com DI, Storytelling, V Press, DM Fund (She got A, don't mess around) and 2D Art.
Kezia shalt showcase her Animation, 2D art, Drawing Ess, Foto and Vpress.
Joel (Me) is showcasing work from Ideation, Com DI, CST, Foto and 2D art
Majorie will throw at us, 2D art, Drawing Ess, Com DI, DM fund, Anim fund, 3D art. (She picked one subject more than us, doesn't mean she gets a higher grade right??)
And so we decide we should get all the works from these subjects by Wednesday, latest Thursday, if someone stops pmsing *clears throat*.
During tomorrow's group discussion I shall request we discuss about the introduction and the Video Fundamentals 'problem'.
